The Boat Fruit tree

A sketch of a rare boat fruit tree I spotted along the Duwamish River. I have posted more about this tree at the Cave of the Enchantress.

ah too many typos! So I try again...
I posted down the list at Le Enchanteur instead of on the top, Leonie.
Right now I am busy collecting some of the boat fruit for Fran, and making notes as I learn mnore about them. They are amazingly light but very strong and waterproof. Some of the gypsy boys are taking them to Fran for me, and I will carry on scattering seeds along the river bank.

Note from the Secretary: When the gypsy boys reach the Island of the Great White Owl I shall meet them at the dock. Would they like coffee, mint tea or good Scotch before they leave again. We will be most grateful to have the boats as I was wonderiing how to get all those donkeys onto one raft. (the Four Dolphins complained of weight the last long ride)

Dear Secretary, the bhoys would like you to know that whiskey is most acceptable, or good strong pot of tea, as long as it is boiled over an open fire until you can stand your spoon up in it.

Good! I think the boys enjoyed their "wee bit of the good drap" I have posted a picture of Mehitabel and Dirk as we sent them on their way to Duamish yesterday. These two are choir master and conductor for the Donkey Chorus to be performed when the entertainment begins. We are glad that Moonbeam, our soprano, is once more in communication. Thank you again. The Secretary
